- The Doctor gives Professor Jones antibiotics, even though the Green Death is thought to be caused by a virus (or at least a viral-like infection) and therefore antibiotics would be ineffective.
- Jo's engagement seems rather rushed, given that she has only met Jones a few days before and he is rather rude and patronising to her on several occasions.
- Why does Global Chemicals have a prison with chains to attach to people? Seems an odd thing to have in a corporate headquarters.
