• Build teams not people
• People respond better to a direct personalised approach.
• Direct personalised email > mail merge > unpersonalised blanket email.
• Ban Any Other Business on agendas - or at least only allow things that have come up in the last 48 hours (or don't allow AoB to extend beyond the scheduled end time)
